Suggest Treatment For Frequent Nose Bleeds With RSD

I have RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy). Have had daily nosebleeds from my left nostril only since 28th Nov. Not on any meds. Not anemic. I think it may be stress related, but not sure. Water damage to my master bathroom from my upstairs neighbors.

Any ideas?
