Suggest Treatment For Frequent Nose Bleeds

sir im 24 years old and im aworking in a restaurant ia tandoor department. My problem is that i got my nose bleeding during the summer( in the hot seasons) but i hont have the problem in the winter. I have not taken any medicine rite now I would be very thankful to u if u suggest me the remedies and cause of my problem. Thank u.
