Suggest Treatment For Frequent Throat Infections

I have AEC count of 552 cells/mm3 . I had troath infection problems. Frequently my throath were turning red with fever and closed ears with irritation and anger . I feel .breathlessness while sleeping..and not getting proper sleep whenever I eat chicken, eggs problem get aggravated. I get acid reflux if I eat any fried or junk food...too much gastric prob...frequently get burps after eating...feel like my head is heavy...I stay in Bangalore. Please recomend a good doctor to cure this health prob. My job life is getting affected because of this...I am 54 years old.
