Suggest Treatment For Frequent Urination And Blood In Urine

The symptom choice didn't really narrow the issue down for me.
I have crazy frequency in urination with only minimal urination
there appears to be some blood in my urine as the tissue comes back pink
and it tingles, not really burning when i urinate
is this a UTI for which i should get medication?
