Suggest Treatment For Friction Mark On Penis After Intercourse

I had some pretty rough sex with me girfriend about 3 months ago. The next morning i noticed what looked like friction burn on the side of my penis. Its a red round, smooth, painless, flat spot. It has never blistered, discharged anything, and it does not itch. It will not go away however. what could this be?
