Suggest Treatment For Frostbite On Shin And Stomach

hi im a 63 year old male i live in the country with woods in my days i think i had frostbite for the last 3 years i had very itchy skin on my shins and now its on my stomach no rash or anything and it only happens in the winter i have no problem in the summertime i take a shower everyday once in a while its two days but never less then that i cut my own wood in the fall could that do something and also the hair on my legs and stomach feel like little needle sticking in me can i use a sauve i use uttercream thinking its dry skin
