Suggest Treatment For Frozen Shoulder

I had the steroid shot for frozen shoulder about a month ago... There is no side effects nor benifits from the shot.. There is still pains and still can not raise my left arm fully.. Is it advisable to give it a second try? Thanks for the chance to ask this question!
