Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection Between Legs And Penis

sir,i am suffering from fungus infection in between two legs near the penis since one year.....when i take turbinafine 250mg tablets about 15 tablets once a day i feel much well for 2 to 3 weeks but after reach 3 weeks from where i stop taking medicine again i feel itching in between two legs near the penis, i therefor request to you please suggest me which medicine could i take for completely removed this infections......can i take turbinafine 250mg tablets,if yes then how much tablets should i take for completely removed this infections.
