Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection In Groin Region

hi, I think i may have fungal infection in the groin region that is near the scrotal sack, and near the insides of the thigh..i am using flucos which helps..but the itching resurfaces from time to time..and the infections comes again..any suggestions?
