Suggest Treatment For Fungal Infection On Toes

hi, i have developed very itchy toes over the last two days, i have had athletes foot/fungal infections in the past that have affected only one or two toes. This time its both feet and every toe, both top and bottom and inbetween.Also there is no redness or skin damage? any ideas
