Suggest Treatment For Gallbladder Sludge And Hepatic Foci

I have just had an abdominal CT scan: gallbladder sludge with hepatic foci and hypoattenuating focus and diverticulitis. I am female, 63 yrs. old, wt. 184, ht. 5ft.3in. I am not diabetic. Just received normal results on an echo-stress test. I have normal blood pressure 105/62. My mom has a history of gallstones at age of 91. She has not needed surgery and doesn't have any symptoms

What can I do to help clear the sludge and the hepatic foci?
