Suggest Treatment For Gallstones Leading To Nausea,chest And Back Pain

I have gallstones. My pancreas and gallbladder have caused nausea, chest discomfort and a dull ache in my back on the mid left side sometimes twice a day and sometimes I feel swelling in my pancreatic area. I have to have an ERCP and Colonoscopy prior to cholecystectomy surgery but what can I do to save my pancreas in the mean time? The scopes are in 5 days then the surgery will be scheduled after.
