Suggest Treatment For Gas And Bloating While Eating Restaurant Food

I am 55 and for most of my life I have had restaurant dirrahea. The last couple of years it has changed between smaller bowel movements gas and bloating. Should I search for food allergies, gluten sensitivity or just go to a regular gastro doctor? Thank you, Roxanne YYYY@YYYY
