Suggest Treatment For Gas And Pain In Middle Of Chest

Hai doctor..good morning. I am Purwanto from Jakarta Indonesia.
I have problem in my stomach if many problem in my mind.
I feel full of gas, puffed up, pain in the muddle of my chest and till my back and I feel not comfort in my life.
My doctor said its gastric and he gave me lanzoprazola + sucralfate + antacid but all that drugs not resolved my problem. Its already run for 4 year till this morning.
I have done gastroscopy and the result is small irritation in my stomach.
Please doc, help me...what I should do.
