Suggest Treatment For Gas Pains

I have had gas pain for three days now, when the gas pain comes it feels like I got kicked between the legs(19yo boy).I m 6/4 160 with a diet full of soda and junk food. If I take a gas x I m fine but it s only temporary. Should this pass? Symptoms seem to be reducing with occasional pain for 2-10min . Any help is much appreciated I plan a doctors visit soon
