Suggest Treatment For Gastritis And Fibromyalgia

I have had gastric problems since I was a child diagnosed multiple times With acid reflex, I get this loud gurgle sound when I breathe. Well at this point I suddenly burp I feel I need to and when I eat I get such tight constructing pain in the middle of my chest that radiates into my back. I have also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and the only relief I get to belch is baking soda water... I feel sick every time I eat and I also rarely vomit... Like maybe 3 times in my adult life
