Suggest Treatment For Gastritis,stomach Bloating And Weight Gain

Hi.... 6 years ago I had a Nissan fundoplication wrap.... all was well for awhile and then 2 years ago they had to re do it. All was well for awhile again. Now, I m gaining weight, bloating every time I eat (on a bland diet), lots of gas passing and burping with choking at times. No heart burn. Could it be coming un done again?
