Suggest Treatment For Gastrointestinal Tuberculosis

My MIL is 66 and just discharged from hospital. She was diagnosed a entenstine TB. Although there is no much TB lik e syndromes. She was fine until this morning suddenly she goes sort of unconscious after coughing. This last only few seconds. A medical officer was consulted and he has prescribed few medicine. Today is second day of her TB medication. Is it very serious ? Needs to be readmitted or I can wait for a day ?
