Suggest Treatment For Generalized Anxiety Disorder

I'm a 28 year old female. 3 children. I have generalized anxiety disorder was diagnosed in April 2013. Here lately I can not go or do anything. The thought of leaving my house scares me. I get shaky can't breathe get cold feelings in my head and throat. Scared I will faint. I can't go to the store, drive, and the though of going to the Dr scares me. I was on zoloft the year of 2013 but got pregnant and had a baby in aug 2014. Help me I don't know what to do anymore I hate feeling like this all the time
