Suggest Treatment For Genital Wart Kind Of Skin Tag

my daughter has a what I thought was a skin tag .1/2 inch long ,1mm wide there is more than one tag all connected in line.She has had it since she was a baby she is now 5.It has grown and is red it looks like a cluster of Genitial Warts. is it a seed wart,a form of skin tag,or something else.
