Suggest Treatment For Genital Warts Around The Anus

Hi I have an embarrasing problem, i am almost sure i have genital warts arround my anus, and i am just wondering if i can treat them at home with this freezing product for warts in your hands or feet.

I have made some pics of that area and showed to a dorters online and they say, yes, they are warts indeed, that should let treat for a faster remedy with cryogenic. then, it is just the same treatment made at home.
