Suggest Treatment For Gestational Endometrium

good evening doc. i just had miscarriage last week and recently discharged from a two day hospital confinement. the pathologic diagnosis indicated on my surgical pathology report was decidua and gestational endometrium. may i know what this means and if there is anything i could have done to prevent it from occuring in the future? am not from the medical field, hence this query.
