Suggest Treatment For Giddiness And Blurred Vision

i've been getting dizzy spells on and off for about 5 yrs i've gone to the E.N.T and they say it's menieres disease just because they can't find a cause for my symptoms. Now i am getting blurred vission and a foggy feeling in my head and just a sense of unbalance when i walk. It sort of feels like if i'm drunk but i'm not because if i even have 1 beer i feel like i'm going to fall over. please tell me what can this be?
