Suggest Treatment For Gout And Ear Infection

I am a 62 yr old female.. and I have had this problem for many years.. It is a urinalaus problem that I feel I still have an infection going on and no one will tell me anything. I mean I am upfront with them and do my best to explain what is going on. Honestly! So today I went in again to see this women who is in a prestagest place with lots of people coming and going. Mainly older folks a lot older than me.. I have tried really hard to explain what is going on and want it corrected. Nothing to afail.. No matter how I approach this problem it never gets really explained where I can understand it.. I mean this problem has to be really internal and is wrecking my whole body.. This last week I hust had 9.9 uric lacid level which I do not have the dr. explain to me and puts me on this medication for gout.. This is the first time this has ever happened to me.. Then to top it all off I have an ear infection the same time. He puts me on pretisone tablets for 5 days. Almost done with them. Thien on top of all these things I have prediabetes condition , which I have to take Met formin.. 2 x day. Also I have to blood pressure pills , and also Well I guess that is all I can think of right now.. Keotosis in my mouth.. This and everything eles has been frustrating for me to live a wholesome life..at 62.. I have no social life. I hardly go anywhere except for my friend Jerry who takes me too a few activities in his church where there are all older older people .. He looks at me like Im crazy. well maybe I am. but I wonder why I feel this way.. I am over wt. and cannot loose wt.. I go outside and excerse and tonight I walked a long ways to the house.. I also have a ear infection .I do not know what to do next.. Pray I guess.. that is all I can doo ... ... I would like to get will and on my way to healthy happy living..the rest of my life.. But with this clnic I cannot seem to get anywhere with them..
