Suggest Treatment For Granular Cysts In The Wrist

Hi, My name is Annie. I am 56, f. and was diagnosed 10 years ago with nodules in my lungs (undetermined even after biopsy and they have encapsulated now), but have noticed a soft-ish lump near my tibia. . I can only see or feel it when I flex my foot up towards my leg. It seems to be tender at times......I do have granular cycsts in my wrists, and tops of my feet, but they seem harder......and ideas
