Suggest Treatment For Granuloma

I applied for abroad and medical exam was done. In the chest x ray, result found that there was a tiny granuloma. Before the said exam I already took x ray a couple of weeks ago for local employment. Doc may I ask is it bad to take x ray several times... and what are the treatment for the said granuloma?
