Suggest Treatment For Green Colored Stool And Pain In Lower Left Side Of Abdomen

For the past 2 weeks I have mainly had green colored stool. It has very rarely been the brown color it should be and it has mostly been a mixture of brown and green mostly green tho or it has been completely green. I have also been getting a sharp pain on the lower left side of my abdomen almost around where my ovaries are and where I'm getting the pain there is like a lump or hard ball exactly where the pain is. I get the pain mainly right before I need to use the bathroom but it also happens randomly throughout the day when I don't need to use the bathroom. I have also had a lot of mucus for quite awhile now when I use the bathroom as well and I never had mucus ever before. Not quite sure what could be wrong but it's very bothersome and I was waiting to see if the green stool went away but in 2 weeks It hasn't and it could possibly even be longer then 2 weeks that it's been green I just only kept track for the past 2 weeks. Please help me if you can. Btw I'm a female and 23 I don't know if you needed to know that or not but figured I'd add it just incase.
