Suggest Treatment For Grey Hair And Pain In Hair Root

Sir, My Age is 17 yrs and past 5 years my hairs becoming continuous white and they are falling in large % and past 2 years most of the hair become white. Also hair become straightened. Also some pain and irritation at roots of hair while moving hand over head. i have to use some dye for colouring my hair black...... I get information as upto 20 years we can get out from hair problems..... so plz help me!
