Suggest Treatment For Groin And Body Pain

I have a very painful ache in both my sides and the right one is worse than the left. I have a dull ache in my groin area and when I go for a wee near the end of my wee I get a very strong tingling sensation that is very uncomfortable. What could it be and what should I do?
