Suggest Treatment For Groin Pain

I'm a 61 year old female who is experiencing pain in the right groin area and down the front of my thigh before orgasm. It's happened about 5 or 6 times in the past year. It goes away within 10 to 15 minutes. I was wondering if it might be a hernia?
