Suggest Treatment For Group Of Warts Under The Foot

i have a group of warts that are all in one little area they are connected. my derm. put some kind of liquid on it and covered in tape and wrapped it up for a week... it turned into about a one inch thick bubble on the bottom of my foot. i can not walk on it at all. is this normal? how will they remove this?
