Suggest Treatment For Growing Brown Spot On Skin With Burning Sensation

hello,i have question,i had brown spot in my skin and my skin doctor cauterize it, i dont know how long doest it takes to heal but now after nearly 1 month,the scar doesn t heal at all and i think the brown spot shape is diffrent and even biger now ,do you think is this a burning area and remain or heal?what should i do now?
