Hi my son has been having excessive growing pains.at first he complained about knee pains,lower back pains,and muscle stiffness,i told him him that it would go away but keeps complaing about it hurting more and more and im starting to worry that it is more than growing pains since it been nearly a month.iwas hoping that you could fill me in.
