Suggest Treatment For H Super Hyper-thyroidism And Swollen Red Lips

Recently diagnosed with super hyper-thyroidism. Prescribed Methamizole (??) 3 Xs/day. Have reoccurring slight or moderate swelling, redness and mild discomfort (can still eat) of the upper and/or lower lip(s). Usually occurs with a cold or just runny nose (clear, dripping almost constantly). Usually prescribed prednisone (starting with six pills/day), which clears it up in 2 days. Left untreated has once caused severe dryness to the skin (chin area now discolored/dark spot).
