Suggest Treatment For Haematoma In Ovaries And Lump In Vaginal Wall

Hi I have had operations for dermiod cyct on my ovaries and have recently been in for more scans and they think that I might have a haematoma on one of my ovaries. but I also have a lump on my vaginal wall that three different doctors have given me different answers as to what it could be. I am in the middle of my monthly cycle and am sure that I was ovulating on the 14th of this month. for he past 3 days I have been bleeding and my breasts have been very sore. My question is: could the bleeding be my period arriving 7 days after ovulating or has the supposed haematoma burst and is some how causing me to bleed?
