Suggest Treatment For Haemorrhoids And Red Diaper Like Rash

I m a 35 yr old female and am experiencing my first hemroid. I ve been treating it for the past 5 days with tucks pad and prep h. It doesn t seem to be getting smaller and to make it worse, I now have what looks like a red diaper rash. What should I for?
