Suggest Treatment For Hailey-hailey Disease

i have been diagnosed with hailey hailey disease. My problem is in the groin area on my right side. It is making me very miserable. The only thing that helps is oral antibiotics, however as soon as I have finished the course and they are out of my system, it flares up again. What can i do to help myself.
