Suggest Treatment For Hair Fall After Blood Transfusion

Hi, I had dengue fever 2months back and they have done blood transfusion twice because my platelets were very lower and from last 25days my hair is falling too much. I am 25years old and i am scared that i will loss all my hair one day and become bald. Could you please suggest what can be done stop the hair fall and the could be the reason for hair fall?
