Suggest Treatment For Hair Fall, Dandruff With Severe Itching

hi .. am 22 years old .i have hairfall from 4 years .. i have taken treament . es bio tablets ,iron tablets,ketoff lotion,tugain 2 solution.. its reduced.. but not completelt i have hair fall .every time i comb alteast 50 to 60 strands fall. my hair is very weak . i hav dandruff.. if i continue the medicine dandruff will be controlled else will increase and i start eching badly.. got bugged off .. please help
