Suggest Treatment For Hair Fall

Hi i am an unmarried girl of 24. Past four years i am having a sudden obese of almost 8kgs, I am also having a huge hair fall and neither i get sound sleep nor get up early in the morning. I am doing a business of Medical instrumentation. Kindly advise what would be my problem and how to go about
