Suggest Treatment For Hair Fall

hi , i fell over about 3 years ago and banged my head , resulting in a piece of my scalp falling off about 2 inches square , im noticing now that my hair is going very thin in that spot and it is quite noticeable , is there anything i can do to cure this problem ?
