Suggest Treatment For Hair Follicle Infection

Just finished a treatment of antibiotics for a hair folicle infection, i believe it was 825mg amoxicillin. Is it normal to have tissue in the urine? Looks like white tissue particles. The urine has a normal color now. Was kind of dark 3 dys ago before finishing reatment.
