Suggest Treatment For Hair Growth On Foreheaad

ok hallo doc,am woried about not having hair on my forehead since birth.could this hair growers i see in supermarket help? and could this be hereditary well none of my other siblings has it as well as my dad,though my mom at age of 40 is starting to losse hers?
