Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss And Acne On Face

Hello, I am kalyani.last year i had course of Adgain and mx-2 soln and i gained very thick n beautiful hairs.later i stopped treatment and from last 3 months i took perfectil tablets to get rid off pimples. my skin is well now bt facing severe hairfull.could u plz suggest to get good skin as well as hairs without any side effect? Also mention d span that ishould have for perfectil tablets.As perfectil is really working goos for skin.Thanks!
