Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss And Itching In The Middle Of Scalp

Hi. My hair itches a lot in the middle of my scalp. This has persisted for the past 2 weeks. Funny thing is that I have lots of hair loss in the middle of my scalp only. The rest of the head is well covered in hair. I am 42 years female. Not on any contraceptives. My hair has been chemically treated for the last 15 years. Since March this years I have dreadlocks. Kindly assist.
