Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss Caused Due To Eczema

I am 24 years old man, and I had one time an Eczema (very bad Dandruff) that I used some shampoo which contains some chemical components like sulfur, and after that my scalp and hair totally changed to be very week and I lost a lot of my hair in that process, I stopped using the shampoo after few months but now after about one year my hair still not able to recover what I lost, my question is there any kind of treatment that you can advice me to do which may help my hair to recover itself?
