Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss When Treating Thyroid

hi i got diagnosed with a thyroid problem when i was younger probably around 8-9 years old. i was on medicine up until 9th grade when i stopped taking it. i had the radio active meds too when i was young. my weight always been up and down but i felt i controlled it i played football for a while but recently my hair is falling out but i felt like it could be stress too. just a few months ago in the summer my hair was nice and high and thick im only 22 and its coming out bad. idk if its stress or my thyroid or is stress making my thyroid react
