Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss

Hi my name is Ekta and I'm 25 years old. I'm suffering from hair loss problem and my doc advised me to have minoxidil topical sol. 2% ,trigaine shampoo and biotin with calcium pantothen tab,but after 1 month instead of control in my hair loss, it's been increased and are uncontrolleable.pls suggest something.
