hi doc, my friends is about 30 year old ,she is suffering from hair loss and pre-greying of hair for last 6 year .she is using herbal oil for just a week and want to use btn ultra vitamins,if it is save for use and also benefit for hairs.from how many time should i use it,and any side effect in health.
