Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss

hi doctors !i had the problem of diffuse hair loss since 5 years and the hair is thin in distribution at present.i have been using minoxidil solution 5% since 1 year six months .but i have not found any improvement .so please send me your valuable suggestions about what to do next?
